The Myth of Constant Growth
You’re Allowed to Exist
You are not a self-improvement project.
You are not a machine that needs constant upgrading. You are a person with needs, fatigue, stillness, and seasons. Somewhere along the way, we were taught that rest is only allowed once you’ve “earned” it.
