You Don’t Need All the Answers

We live in a world that glorifies certainty. Have a five-year plan. Know your next move. Speak with conviction. Choose with confidence, but life, real life, isn’t always linear or loud. Sometimes, it’s a quiet pause between chapters. A stretch of time that feels both uncomfortable and necessary. A space where the answers haven’t arrived… yet.
There will be seasons where all you can do is be. No clarity. No closure. Just the in-between and that in-between, is not a sign of failure. It's where your inner landscape is being rearranged, gently, silently, to make room for what’s next.
When your mind spins with pressure, whisper this to self:
“It’s okay that I don’t know right now. I’m allowed to be in process. The answers will come when I’m ready to receive them.”
This is not a call to rush clarity. It’s a reminder that not knowing is a valid part of the journey. Your healing doesn’t need a roadmap; it needs your presence. So give self permission to not have it all worked out. To let go of the pressure to arrive.
Sometimes the most courageous thing you can do is sit with the unknown and trust that it’s working on you even when you can’t see it. Let space be part of your becoming. Let stillness hold you where certainty cannot.
With clarity and heart,
Paula, Your Heart Therapist
