Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision
Supporting the therapist behind the therapy
Service Description
Clinical supervision is a vital part of therapeutic practice, a confidential and collaborative space where therapists can reflect, grow, and stay aligned with ethical, safe, and effective ways of working. It's a place to think deeply about your client work, explore challenges, celebrate what’s going well, and look after your own wellbeing as a practitioner. As an integrative supervisor, Paula draws on a range of theories and approaches to meet you where you are, honouring your unique way of working. Supervision with her is reflective, relational, and spacious; offering both practical guidance and emotional support. It’s a space where all parts of you as a therapist are welcome. Together, you will explore your work through multiple lenses, bringing curiosity, compassion, and clarity to the therapeutic process so you feel resourced, supported, and connected to the heart of your practice. Paula offers individual and group supervision sessions, with options for 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour sessions depending on your needs.
